About

Dominic Wilkinson is a physician specialising in newborn intensive care and medical ethics. He is currently Associate Professor of neonatal medicine and bioethics and consultant neonatologist at the Women's and Children's Hospital, Adelaide. He has an Early Career fellowship with the NHMRC to investigate perinatal neuroethics and decision-making

He has recently completed a DPhil at the University of Oxford investigating ethical issues relating to neuroimaging and decision-making for critically ill newborn infants. His research interests include end-of-life care, neuroethics, perinatal ethics, critical care ethics and ethical questions associated with randomised controlled trials. He has also  previously completed a Masters degree in Human Bioethics at Monash University (Melbourne).
